How Do I Use Wrecked Pre-Workout?

Take one (1) to two (2) scoop(s) of
Wrecked mixed with 250ml of water roughly 20 to 30 minutes before working out.
By waiting at least twenty minutes, the body can optimally absorb all the
active ingredients.

We recommend first-time users start
with half a scoop to assess tolerance safely. Do not exceed the recommended
daily serving size.

How Much Caffeine Does Wrecked Pre-Workout Contain?

One (1) scoop of Wrecked contains
162.5mg of Caffeine, and two (2) scoops contain 325mg.

Warning: Wrecked contains a high
caffeine content (325mg per two scoops) and is, therefore, not suitable for
children and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Why Does My Pre-Workout Clump?

Certain hygroscopic ingredients, such
as glycerol powder (found in our product as GlycerSize™), can absorb moisture,
leading to clumps in your pre-workout. This is a regular occurrence and does
not affect the product's effectiveness. The clumps can be broken apart or mixed
with water.

Make sure to store Wrecked in a dry,
cool place. Tightly sealing the container and using a clean, dry scoop can help
prevent clumping.
